Why do you think that ANet peeps said that is going to be a Guildwars game that no players have ever been played (obviously, the game itself, but..why?) And why NightFall? (maybe they answered these questions, but i wanna know why why why!)

But, if they didn't answer it, post your ideas here!

Well they are implying that there will be some revolutionary new aspects to the game. The "custom hench" and supposedly some new party formation options..... we'll have to wait til it goes live or maybe the pve preview to find out really.

And as to your second question of why Nightfall, I don't think I understand what you mean. Do you mean why that title or why this campaign or.....?

The title is Nightfall cause the storyline is based on a great evil sweeping across the land of Elona. The darkness overtaking the light; night has fallen.

Anet has not made any official statements on a release date; but all signs are pointing towards late October/early November. Gamestop has it listed as October 26.

I always thought it was because of the night is falling down like the Lodon Bridge.

Formation options huh- thats pretty nice considering the Roman Legion making that kind of stuff famous... paragons are greco-roman styled as we all know, so this will be cool!

I ordered a PreSale thingy from amazon, and if i get anotherone for free when i order th CE ill just pass on the code to a guild member i guess...

Maybe, since Tengu were in Tyria as well as Cantha, just not as a civilisation, maybe we'll have a Skale mask or something, since you could see the skale in the preview movie now available, and it's in Tyria as well as Elona.

Makes you wonder if its gonna be in Lions Arch and Keineng aswell.

Maybe its time for a 2nd Island like the Battle Islands. But this is more like a general function one, with the coming Auction house, a central place for events and maybe a place for mini-games like during the Dragon festival.

It should.

Halloween and Winter's Day were exclusive to Prophecies. But they will probably expand them to all chapters.

That is a good idea.

City of Heroes/Villains have a dimension called Pocket D. Its a futuristic night club type of setting where heroes and villains can meet but not fight. They have all kinds of events there.

lol; I just read through the Gaile chat log from Aug 9. It addressed most of the thing people have been asking about in Nightfall. I believe she said that the dev's haven't even considered possibly making an auction house. But maybe two or three campaigns down the line....
